Maryam is a North Shore resident for 18 years and specializes in luxury properties in her area and surrounding neighborhoods.
Maryam has been a licensed realtor for many years and Prior to pivoting her professional focus into real estate, She was an interior designer. She has extensive education and work experience in the design industry. She completed Interior Architecture at the American University in Dubai and has a certificate for Interior Design from BCIT. Maryam’s design work intertwined with real estate so much that she decided to extend her services to become a real estate agent. She assists her buyers and sellers with design plans for renovations, additions, and home improvements in order to maximize their investments and build their dream homes. Maryam also utilizes her background to offer a concierge service to sellers that add value to their properties by staging, redesigning and improving the appearances of spaces to get their homes ready to list on the market.
Maryam’s authentic caring nature is important for listening and identifying each client’s needs, and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate goals. She is detail oriented and proactive when executing her specialized marketing plans. Maryam has a deep appreciation for BC living and the beauty in nature our coastal city offers. In her spare time, she joins her hiking group and explores the outdoors on new trails in the warmer months. Proudly vegan, Maryam is also an advocate for animals and the environment, supporting animal shelters in both Iran and BC. Volunteering at the Senior Center in West Vancouver is also a pastime she holds close to her heart.
